The main criteria for evaluating the parties

The basis of determining the political party based on the following four
criterion
:

1) sustainability of the organization, ie the party is counting on long
period of political life;

2) the existence of stable local organizations, supporting regular
connection with the national leadership;

3) focus of heads of central and local organizations to fight
for power, not only on the provision of any influence on it;

4) find support from the people through elections or other means.
The first criterion (the sustainability of the organization) allows to distinguish
Party of klientilistskih groups, factions, cliques and the clique of vanishing
together with its founders and inspiration.

The second criterion (the desire for the exercise of power) features a lot of
simple parliamentary group, which exists only at the national
level, not having a perfect and permanent system of relationships with organizations.
The third criterion (the full organization, including local
level) gives the difference between political parties and
various socio-political organizations (trade unions,
youth and other organizations).

Party put forward and try to implement
global concept of development or reconstruction of society.
The fourth criterion (search for popular support, especially through elections)
distinguishes parties from pressure groups, which usually do not participate in elections and
parliamentary life: they only have an implicit pressure on the parties
