Ukrainian regional Party
Party of Regions is the political party that unites on a voluntary basis citizens of Ukraine - supporters of the Party of Regions Programme, intended to facilitate the formation and expression of political will of citizens participating in elections and other political events.
Regions Party carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law and in accordance with this Statute.
Activities of the Party of Regions cover the whole territory of Ukraine.
Party of Regions is a legal entity after its state registration, a stamp, stamps, forms with their name, party symbols, examples of which are approved by the Bureau of Political Council of Party of Regions. Registered political party symbols in the order established by legislation of Ukraine.
Party of Regions for the implementation of its statutory tasks have their own movable and immovable property, funds, equipment, transportation and other means of entry are not prohibited by laws of Ukraine, for which offers accounts, including foreign exchange, in government institutions and commercial banks in Ukraine can acquire property and moral rights to be a plaintiff and a defendant in the bodies of the judiciary, as well as have other rights and responsibilities under the legislation of Ukraine.
Party of Regions, its party organizations are based on administrative-territorial, territorial, territorial-production and other characteristics.
Subordination of party organizations is determined in accordance with established laws of Ukraine subordinated administrative units to which they distribute their activities.
