Legislation elections
After Ukraine gained independence and establish their own state election law has changed. To date, the current system of electoral legislation are 4 groups of legislative acts:
1) The Constitution of Ukraine;

3) The regulations of constitutional law: the Law "On Citizenship of Ukraine, the Law on Citizens' Associations, the Law" On Language "and others;
4) The provisions of the laws of neighboring regions that regulate the electoral process: the rules of the administrative, labor, housing, criminal, criminal procedure, civil, civil procedure, retirement, financial, economic, customs, information, family law, environmental law, legislation on communication . |
